Implemented downtime tracking and analysis to identify top losses, leading to substantial OEE improvements and productivity gains.  P&L accountability for production, building and grounds, and maintenance cost centers totaling $1.2M annually.  Introduced various 5S, root cause analysis, and other LSS tools to generate 15% OEE improvement over prior year.  Maintained audit-ready facility which continuously scored 95% on all customer, third-party certifications, and governmental food safety and quality audits.
