  • Directed and managed all facility maintenance activities over 3 facilities (350,000sqft) for a Tier 1 Automotive supplier in the blow molding industry. $150M in annual sales. Proactive & preventative maintenance of 40 + machines. Responsible for an 11-man maintenance crew, supervisor, engineer, MRO buyer, and a purchasing employee. Maintain master schedule of all PMs, measure important KPIs to assure that our TPM system is working properly. Maintain strict safety standards and lean principles throughout. 

Accomplishments
